What our role is

We act as an advisory and marketing partner to developers. We are not the promoter, owner or seller of any project listed here. Every transaction is directly between you and the developer, on the developer’s terms, and any agreement you sign is with them.

No payment towards a property should be made to us. Booking amounts and instalments go to the project’s RERA-designated account.

Accuracy of information

Prices, areas, layouts, amenities, specifications, approvals and possession dates are supplied by developers. They change, and sometimes they change without notice to us. Images, renders and walkthroughs are indicative and are not a representation of the final built product.

Verify everything material to your decision — carpet area, payment schedule, approvals and RERA status — with the developer and the state RERA authority before you commit money. Where our information and the RERA portal disagree, the portal governs.

Tools and calculators

The EMI, ROI and area tools produce indicative estimates from the inputs you supply. They are not a loan offer, an eligibility decision, a valuation, or investment advice. Actual lending terms are set by your lender, and actual returns depend on conditions nobody on this site can predict.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl or bulk-extract content except as permitted by our robots.txt.
• Submit false contact details, or another person’s details without their consent.
• Attempt to probe, breach or disrupt the site, its APIs or its infrastructure.
• Reproduce our content, photography or copy for commercial use without written permission.

Intellectual property

The Crestwoods Estates name, logo, copy, design system and photography are ours. Developer names, project names and logos belong to the respective developers and are used with permission for the projects we represent.

Third-party links

We link to RERA authority portals, developer sites and lender pages for your convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, from reliance on information supplied by a developer, or from any act or omission of a developer. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above tells you when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
