Life at Crestwoods
The week, as it actually is
Careers pages usually show beanbags. Ours shows the rituals, because the rituals are the culture — the rest is furniture.
Rituals
Four things that happen every week
- 01
Site Fridays
Every advisor walks at least one construction site a week. You cannot recommend what you have not stood inside.
- 02
The lost-deal review
Deals we lose get a written post-mortem that everyone reads. The point is the lesson, not the blame — the write-up is anonymised.
- 03
No-phone lunches
The Noida office eats together at one. Leads wait thirty minutes; they always have.
- 04
Quarterly customer day
Handover days are attended by the advisor who sold the home. You see the end of what you started.
The refusals
Things we do not do, even when they would work
- No cold-call purchased-data dialling. Every number we call asked to hear from us.
- No fake urgency. "Only 2 left" is said only when exactly 2 are left.
- No poaching a colleague’s client. The CRM assignment is the assignment.
- No project goes on the site because the commission is good. It goes on because we would buy it.
