RERA disclosures

Everything on this page is verifiable against a government portal. If a number below does not match what the authority shows, treat the authority as correct and tell us.

Our agency registrations

Crestwoods Estates Advisory LLP is registered as a real-estate agent in the states below. An agent registration permits us to market and facilitate; it does not make us the promoter of any project.

State authorities

Every project page on this site carries its own RERA registration number linked to the issuing authority. You can also search any project directly:

What to check before you pay anything

  1. 01Search the project’s RERA number on the state portal and confirm the promoter name matches the developer you are dealing with.
  2. 02Check the registered completion date on the portal against the possession date you have been quoted. They differ more often than they should.
  3. 03Confirm the carpet area in the allotment letter. RERA requires carpet area to be stated — super area is a loading percentage the developer chooses.
  4. 04Pay only into the project’s RERA-designated account, by traceable transfer, and get a receipt that references the RERA number.
  5. 05Read the payment plan schedule before signing. A subvention plan moves risk onto you if construction stalls.

Advisory disclaimer

Crestwoods Estates is a RERA-registered real-estate advisory and marketing partner. We do not own, develop or sell the projects listed on this site. Every transaction is between the buyer and the developer, on the developer’s terms. Prices, areas, plans and possession dates are provided by developers and are subject to change; verify all details and the project’s RERA registration with the issuing authority before making any payment.
